Staff is friendly, location is great, pool area is wonderful, parking is plentiful, suite is amazing. Everything is clean and visually pleasing. Only gripe is that the pullout couch is far less comfortable than expected and there is no room service. The beds are perfect and the bar food is great though.

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. That being said, the room was disgusting. Stray hairs in the shower, toilet and sink. There was a booger on the comforter and on the towel rack. In addition and most absurd, there was a bunch of pulled out hairs on the screw holding vent in the bathroom above the toilet. We only stayed over night and got in late so none was noticed until we packed up for checkout. Please, regardless of the time you check in, please walk through your room and check every place you'll touch to ensure cleanliness. Move the towels on the sink and ensure there aren't stray hairs. Look in the sink and shower steps and check the towel rack and comforter.... really disappointed.

The hotel is very new, clean & has a great fitness area. I would stay here again for sure. Thanks!

This place is great. Super friendly staff - Aaron the bartender was spot on and gave us some solid recommendations during our stay - and he makes a great cocktail.

Nicest Residence Inn ever. Modern well laid out rooms, fabulous pool, views, attentive staff, full breakfast, private yet within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Free shuttle to beach and other locations. Ask for room away from road though if anyone in your party sensitive to road noise. Good on site fitness center and guest laundry.

Otherwise, I would rate this hotel 5 in every category. It's clean, the breakfast is continental, and the staff is professional. When booking though, add extra each night to your rate for parking, unless you travel without a car. The hotel isn't right on the beach, so you've have to take the shuttle, or walk a bit to get down there.

Disclaimer: I charge a one-star fee to hotels that charge resort fees, or for parking. I feel that this fee is fair, since most hotels value a package of good words in their reviews, and that this fee makes providing reviews to my hotels much simpler, since hotels prefer many of the words that I write in my reviews. A hotel could easily avoid this one-star fee by not asking for a review, as no hotels are required to use my reviews if they choose to forgo receiving reviews.
